Your crank may be out of balance. it could be the rod bearings as well. if you have had any major engine work done, you may have fly-wheel issues. the vibration is probably starting in the motor and is being transferred to the motor mounts. Also make sure you have the the bushings properly installed on the mounts which is what is used to aleviate vibration transfer from the motor to the frame.

Engine developed a bad vibration, can this be the compensator sprocket

I would check all the motor mounts. A loose compensator sprocket would give a knocking noise more than a vibration.

Headlights and guages quit working at 55 mph on 2000 harley davidson

I would guess it is vibration related and related to a loose or broken wire. More than likely an earth wire.

My bike has a very bad vibration when i let the cluch out, the more throdle the more vibration , i have allready change front motor mount ,realiegn motor with back tire, also replaced rear swing are mounts...

I'd have a look at the clutch assembly. Specifically, check the nut that holds the clutch assembly onto the mainshaft. You'll have to take the primary cover off and remove the snap ring from the center of the clutch assembly. The nut is behind the there. It has LEFT HANDED THREADS and torques to 60-80 ft. pounds. If the vibration stops with the clutch pulled in or the tranny in neutral, that's the giveaway. Look for something in that area. It could be the bearing in the inner primary or the bearing inside the final drive gear allowing the clutch assembly to vibrate.

Good Luck
