Will not start fuse ok battery ok they said try new starter, its ok turn key on hear click Sound sounds llik up at carberator, AMP gauge gos negetive and starter will not ingage, belt for mower is disingaged seting on seat clutch disingaged. How can I now if it may be the switch or selinoid.

If you hear a click while turning the key this would indicate low charge in battery any reading under 12 on a tester would have trouble starting other than that loose battery leads have you tried jumping if it starts with a jump this would indicate battery.

Sound Like Transmission Position Sensor ... a sensor determines when you are in Park when stopped...if not, wont start...

Other solution could be Fuse Relay...do you hear buzzing sound coming from fuse box. If so, feel which one is failing and replace. $6 at Autozone....

Where is the starter solenoid on zifira b 1.9 cdti it won't start it's just making a clicking sound any one no why it's got a new battery on it help

the clicking that you hear is coming from the starter relay. sounds like your ignition starter switch or ignition lock cylinder is bad.

Do you hear a clicking sound???NO ?? Do you have the speed ?turning handles in the extrem OUT position? Is the ground cable connected to the engine block?? Is the Red cable connected to the + Positive post on the battery?? Is the BLACK cable connected to the - Negetive post on the battery?? Why did you need to replace the fuse? Is the battery charged??

If none of the above corrects the problem replace the ignition switch

try the starter solenoid or the starter relay....be sure all the starter/ignition fuses are good

battery is new i just hear one click from the starter area light radio horn windows all work ?

please check your battery condition.
clicking sound you hear is from the magnetic switch ***'y of the starter.
no lights & stuck ignition key is caused by a low power or bad battery.

First, check Starter FUSE and RELAY, if they are OK!! Follow this direccions to find out if your starter is busted.

When you turn the ignition key to the START position, if it cranks up (turns over), your STARTER IS OK, if it makes a CLICKING SOUND, the battery is weak, when you HEAR ONLY ONE CLICK, the starter selenoid IS GOOD, the starter may be the problem.

clicking sound heard? starts fast then slows down as you crank over engine?ok try this --at the starter there is an electrical connection -- B+red wire and a smaller wire make sure these connections are tight. if ok proceed to next step--if you hear a low clicking sound when you turn the key and when trying to jump start the car still hear a click sound have someone tap on starter while you try to start it --- if car starts the starter solenoid is bad,anything more please write me back, Lee Davidian
