If the broken part is replaced with a new one, I don't think why you shouldn't trust it anymore. If your motorcycle is still under guaranty, the dealer is probably obliged to take the responsibility for the repair. I don't know how exactly law works where you are, but if you have any trouble, a letter to headqrts of KAWA, in Japan, should fix things. I guess.
