2003 CRF150f that I can't get started.

As long as you have spark and compression i would go back to the carb and pull the low speed jet out make sure it is clear and also the passage way its in this is the most common problem if a bike sits for some time the gas tends to gel and the tiny jet will easily clog up make sure its clear or the bike just wot run correctly at all.

I have a 2004 honda crf150f and every time i tighten the chain after about 30 minutes of driving the chain comes loose again but i have a new chain tennsioner

its normal for them to loosen up over time( every couple months or so) and the chain will stretch out over time also....but after 30min of riding is not right. Are you getting the wheel axle nuts tight enough? if not that could be your problem. try that first....always use a socket or wrench to tighten, not an adjustable wrench this will strip the nut then you will never be able to get them tight enough.....

When dose a timing belt need to be replaced on a 2003 express van?

This van has a timing chain, which should last for the life of the engine. The LS engines, which I'm guessing you have one of the 4.8,5.3,or 6.0L, use a high quality roller timing chain that is long-lasting, and won't give you issues. Also, having roller lifters, the camshaft puts less resistance on the timing chain, so the combination of a strong chain coupled with less resistance, makes for a reliable chain.

How does the timing chain tensioner work for a 2003 dodge intrepid w/2.7 litre engine

On both sides of the chain, right above the crankshaft, there are two guides. The chain runs over these guides, the tenion is adjusted by moving one of the guides in more to press on the chain tighter.cebc361.gif
