Purchase new pins, strip off damaged wires, crimp pins real good and do a tug test to make sure you did it right, install into new connector you will feel a slight click noise that will tell you that they are looked in firmly in place now,,,it doesn't matter which position they go in..its three phases off of the alternator and you can chose any three wires you want...all a/c current works the same then get rectified by your rectifier which i hope you are going to change because that's whats causing your problem. can you rate my expertise. thanks

2006 gsxr 750 electrical issues

sounds like either you have a wire somewhere shorting out or you either have a grounding issue. Check all your grounds really good and in the process check and see if you have any hot wires that may have been burned or cut allowing them to short out.

How do i install a rectifier on my 1996 virago 750

To remove the old one, unbolt it and disconnect its connector.

To install the new one, plug the new rectifier into the cycle's harness connector and bolt the new item back into the position of the old one.

If you have an exact replacement for the old rectifier, it is almost impossible to mess up this swap.

07 gsxr 750 backseat won't unlock

When this happened with my bike, I took a large gem clip, straightened it out, and then put a 90 degree bend about 1/4" from one end. I could insert the end with the bend under the seat and use it to grab the release mechanism and pull it so the rear seat released. Then I was able to connect the cable from the latch/lock correctly to avoid the same prob when the seat was reattached.

07 gsxr 600 no power to the fuel pump or coils put new stator new wiring harness and new rectifier but got power to the tach and head lights

Start with the basics. Check the fuses, then use a digital multi meter to check continuity from the fuse panel to the fuel pump and coils. If you have good power/ground/continuity, the next step is locating a complete wiring diagram to find out what other components are in the loop. But if you start with the basics first, you won't be dropping hundreds in parts for a $.12 fuse.
