If you have not yet done so, I suggest you contact Safety1st Customer Care directly and ask if instructions are available for your buggy, which is no longer manufactured. This is the link to the Safety1st Contact Us web page: https://safety1st.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/205584369-Contact-Us
1. Loosen the plastic catches on both sides 2. Push up the red safety lever and fold the seats in half 3. Step on the top rim of the rubberized, lower compartment of the buggy to fold the frame
I will try to explain this best I can without actually having it in front of me. First off, start on one side or the other, doesnt matter which, take the top of your foot and pull up on the metal supports on the bottom of the back side of teh seat. You want to pull up in the center, under where the plastic "step" looking piece is. repeat this on the other side. Then you will push down on the littel lever that sticks out of the right side of the buggy. This releases the lock. Usually, you will then have to pull up again with your foot in the same place as before and push the handles of the stroller forward. The buggy should collapse. You may try some 3-in-1 oil, silicone spray or Pledge furniture pilish on the lever and "joints" to make it fold a little more smoothly.
Hi, you can download the manual from the quinny website, but as a quick guide, the best I found was - first stand with your foot against the front wheel (so it doesnt move forward) then press the grey buttons on either side of the chassis and at the same time draw the frame downwards towards your foot, please remember you can only fold down with the seat in place if the seat is facing forward (ie baby facing outwards) it wont fold down with the seat facing mum, there are also demos on you tube, hope ive helped and not been too complicated :)
Thank you!
