Same bike when i brought it back i was told bad nasty gas in bowls they replaced plugs new gas AND said Runs. No boggs chuggs on wot. Feather throttle pulls till i give more throttle same thing

Hi Trevor, for this situation I would call my local dealer or reputable shop's service department and inquire about any possible quick fix. If necessary transport your vehicle to the dealer or shop and have a professional technician take it for a test drive, if possible, and give you a written estimate of repairs and answer any specific questions you may have about your issue. Good luck and have a nice day.

Idles but Boggs down when u give it gas

Hi Anonymous, if you have a carburator the usual suspects are:
1. Damaged or restricted fuel tank venting system (gas cap).
2. Inlet system air leak.
3. Vacuum piston malfunction.
4. Accelerator pump leaking or no output.
5. Plugged bowl vent.
6. Fuel level (float chamber) too low.
7. Restriccted fuel supply passages.
8. Plugged jets or passages.
9. Worn or damaged needle or needle jet.
10. Enrichner valve not seated or leaking.
Good luck

I have a 2005 ariens zoom 22/50 and it won't start. Battery and starter are new. Both work (tested) It doesn't seem to turn over. half a cycle and boggs down.

more info would be nice. did you check the oil ? may be too much oil in motor ,(may be gas in base) change oil if needed. remove plug or plugs, ground them, try starter now. (if there is gas in base, your float may be full of gas,"sinking",replace float", ) if motor still dosn`t turn, try removeing all drive belts, and try again.

Rought idle then boggs out and shuts off.

I would start with changing the plugs, especially if they are original. If doing yourself, make sure to use anti-seize on threads of new plugs, gap plugs to manufacturer specs, and properly torque plugs to manufacturer specs.
Also, if it has been sitting for a while, change fuel filter, oil, and top off with fresh gas.

When was the last time it was tuned up? Since you did not mention any "check Engine" light coming on, I assume that it is off. What I would do is check the plugs, replace them if worn, replace the plug wires if they are older than 5 years; check/replace the air filter. Not much else to do/check until you have the engine in a good state of tune; BTW, if you change the plugs, get the new ones at a Toyota dealer. I have a Camry V6, and when I put non-Toyota plugs in it, it ran worse. Toyota platinums made a 100% difference.
