I have a toro z master that has white smoke and oil coming out of muffler. the compression is fine. what can be causing this?

check the oil and see if it smells like gas and over full the needle vavle in the carbs leak then the carb overflows into the engine change the needle and seat then change the oil a couple time then add a shut off valve in line on the fuel line and if the oil doesn't smell like gas and overfull then the head gasket might be blown

either your float has got stuck so that the petrol flow into your carburettors does not stop or the needle and seat is stuck or worn, You might have also changed the float level adjustment. remove the carbs and open the bowls to check.

Gpx 250 hard to start when warm

It really does sound like overfuelling. If you leave the bike for a while does it start? If the needle and seat is worn, it will still not work properly and the only solution is to remove the carbs and replace the needle and seats, not a difficult job but it is a bit fiddly. You might as well look at the condition of the fuel lines wlist you are there just to make sure that they are not leaking.

Rebuilt carbs. flooding rear cylinder

well your deffinately flooding if it had no problems like this before the rebuild then i would say its the needle on the float not closing all the way try takinf the carb off and take the bowl off leaving the float on and hook up the feul line and push the float up if its leaking you have a bad needle. if its not leaking then your problem may be the spark to the cylinder
