No, the front brakes should always be stronger, the back tyre doesn't have as much grip as the front and as such needs less braking power.

I have a gsf 600s bandit and i am looking for the torque settings for the valve cover

The head cover bolts should be 14 Nm or 10 ft-lb...
The head cover union bolts should be tightened first( they're the four centre bolts next to the spark plug tunnels) to 16 Nm or 11.5 ft-lb.
These figures are from the Suzuki service manual...

Suzuki Bandit 600GSF 1999. The front brake need loosening as they are binding on the discs. How do I do this

Is this disk or drum? Drum, loosen the cable

Disk - I dont think you can loosen it. they are suppose to self release.

There is a good possibility that your 10 year + old bike needs front brake service for possible corrosion problems.

How do I do a simple brake pad swap? Front on a 600cc bandit, for what that matters.

easy. take a "C" clamp and squeeze the break piston all the way back in the caliper keeping the old brake pads on when u do it so u dont screw up the piston. then put the new pads on and reinstall the caliper. then pump up the brakes

No. The gs500 has rotor on right side. 600s have two rotors. The following website will let you compare part numbers.
