Yes, most likely the bearing are from there, but to find out why they went out and if it can be fixed you must dismantle the engine.
No, you can't match them, from 2005 the engine has been completely changed - no common parts whatsoever with older models.

I have a 2005 yamaha r1....been hearing some noise at idle in neutral. Pulled out clutch and noticed the oil pump chain is very loose . What can be done to fix this . There is no tensioner for it

You may have to check the bearing and inner bearing surface of the driven sprocket for wear. Also the driven sprocket teeth and chain as well as the chain guide.

TTR225/230 Chirping

Finding a noise like this can drive you mad. Best thing to do is find out when the chirping starts. Does it start when you first start the bike? Does it only do it when your at 45mph? Anything like that will help find the problem. Its hard for anyone online to help but if you have more info maybe we can help.

Loud knocking coming from lower timing cover area 1995 toyota camry 2.2

I do think that loose key and keyway could cause the knock. It would also explain the loss of power, due to the engine timing not being spot on.
A knocking big end or main bearing would not improve at higher revs, it would get worse.

Act soon before the keyway in the crankshaft itself is too badly damaged, by removing the crankshaft pulley, lower timing belt cover, and belt guide. You can then get a precise idea of what exactly is worn. This may assist

You may actually have to find an oversize key, for a neat fit in the crankshaft. It may be necessary to file or grind it to fit. Engineering supply houses stock them, eg

i think you need to take the oil pan back off and take a good look at the rod bearings, this engine sounds a lot like upper end noise when the piston is hitting the bottom of the cylinder head because a rod bearing has spun.
