Where can I get a fuel line routing diagram?

Just go from the fuel tank straight to the carb and the primer. The pipes are a set length so you don't have to worry about threading it all around the blower.. just take the most direct route from the tank to the carb..!

Gas leak at bottom of saw

Which model.? Certain Husqvarna saws have the fuel tank moulded into the back handle and are prone to getting damaged. Check for cracks and for damage to fuel lines and where the pipes enter the tank. If they are ok then you could have fuel tank damage. It could also be a leaking carb.

Fuel tanks can be reapaired or replaced.

Gas lines on Husqvarna grass trimmer

Sorry do not think you will find a schematic, however this is how it should be, the Mondo has a remote primer, so there are three pipes, a thin pipe with the fuel filter on the end in the tank goes to the carb connection closest to the alluminium pump cover held with a single screw, the other connection on the carb goes to the back of the primer on the shorter of the two conections ( suction side ) the longer connection on the primer ( pressure side ) goes back to the tank, this is the return pipe, so remember the primer pulls fuel from the barb, into the bulb and dumps it back to the tank, it does not push fuel into the carb

I have a Husqvarna 385 XP and rebuilding it. Ran into a problem hooking the fuel lines back up. I am trying to figure out where the line from fuel tank with filter connects. Also there is the other line...

The port on top of the carb ( pump cover ) takes the pipe from the crankcase, this is the pulse to work the pump diaphram, the pipe with the filter on the end goes to the port lower down on the carb, the other pipe from the tank is the tank breather, it just pushes onto a plastic nipple on the orange plate under the carb, this pipe is only to keep dirt out of the breather but needs to be open .so the nipple is just somewhere to keep the pipe held.

No gas in carb husqvarna 141 chainsaw

Fuel gets to the carb via the fuel filter in the tank, the fuel hose up to the carb, and the impulse from the engine making the pump diaphram in the carb pulse and pump fuel, so start by replacing the fuel filter in the fuel tank, then check the fuel hose for signs of leaks, the impulse from the engine is fed through a pipe in the carb support block, you will need to remove the carb and block to inspect this, there is also a filter within the carb itself, this is sited under the pump housing of the carb ( alloy cover held with a single screw )

Hi I have a Husqvarna 136 chainsaw the fuel line seems to have seperated/broken off inside the fuel tank. I can not see any place to reconnect it anybody have any ideas

The fuel hose is all one piece from the tank up to the carb, it is just an interference fit in the tank, you will need to replace the complete pipe, the best way to do this is to **** the new pipe up the middle, about 30/40mm, take away one side of the pipe, it will now fit through the hole in the tank from the top, use a pair of long nose pliers through the fuel filler hole to grab the pipe and pull it on in, trim the end and re fit the fuel filter.

Husqvarna k750 sawing stone starts up fine filters clean stawls under load

Start by changing the fuel filter in the fuel tank, if this does not help remove the top covers and check the impulse pipe to the carb has not become diss connected, let me know if it still is not right.

I think when you put the tank back on you caught the throttle cable.Take the tank back off and put back on watching that you don't catch or pinch the cable.

Fuel pipes te610 husqvarna

the tank thumbscrew on the left side is you reserve. it needs to connect to the petcock on the right side, across the carb to the top pipe. the petcock should have arrows on it (backside). the bottom petcock pipe goes to the carb. the carbs inlet pipe is on the right side and is adjustable...single screw in the center of inlet pipe allowing it to be rotated for straighter hose connection. that is depending on year of coarse.
