if this just started after a ring change, definitly its the rings. the oil rings would be at fault. were they the right size?, for example , regular size rings used in an overbored cylinder.
Sounds like the carb has not been cleaned properly, gas overflow like that could be caused from a worn seat/needle. Did you put after market exhaust on it?
Hi, It does sound like an overfill of oil. Typically, when there is too much oil, it will get pushed out through the crankcase breather into the airbox. To check your oil level, stand the bike upright and check the oil level window. If it above the high mark, you have too much. Hope this helps
