Question about 2003 Yamaha Road Star Silverado
The problem is going to be plugged up jets and circuits in the carbs. Evaporated gas has left a varnish buildup inside the carbs. Condensation inside the carbs and gas tank has also left a mess. The carbs will need to be removed and cleaned. This is best done by a shop if you have no experiance in balancing the carbs after re-mounting them.
