First of all it is for sure that water had seeped into your electricals. So open the covers and wipe dry the coils, the wires to the plug, the wires to the ignition unit. make sure that there is no water in your fuel.remove the plug with the plug spanner supplied.Kick or use the starter to check for the spark on the plug ( which was also cleaned). If no spark then check again on the ignition system, the coils the contacts to confirm the fault. After a good spark is seen fit it back again and start. It must start for sure.Other wise repeat the process. I hope you get this right. Good day

Accelerator/Throttle stuck

most cable outer cases are made up of a spring section so if you bend it there are gaps that open to show the inner cable
CRC or wd-40 are quick fixes but will disperse with time and rain
However if you use lithium grease (CRC product)or spray silicon ans spray along that outer case as you flex it there is every possibility that the problem will be solved There is the possibility that if the machine has seen a lot of use in the accelerator so ot is possible that a groove has worn inside the outer case and that is causing the problem
IT that happens to be the case , get a new cable and before fitting it , if the inner cable can be pulled out , spray the lithium grease down the inside of the outer case and then put the inner cable back in it

I hv activa for 2006 model,my daily travel is almost 50 kms perday - 6days in a week, from last 6 months Activa started giving starting problem and last week white smoke started coming out while drivi

White smoke is classic head gasket problems in water cooled engines ... Your engine is air cooled but you can still have top end troubles. I suggest you have your motorcycle checked by a professional before you ride much more. info on your ride here: http://www.honda2wheelersindia.com/activa/specifications.html
