Question about 1979 Yamaha TX 750
A likely problem is water in the carb float bowls. Water condensation in the gas tank can get to the carbs and will collect in the float bowls. Drain the bowls if a drain bolt/screw is present or remove the bowls and dump out the water. Also, is the kill switch on? Is there gas in the tank? Do you have spark? Did the battery go dead? Bad fuse?
