You can run Motor Oil in the Tranny or we run Automatic Transmission Oil in ours and we change it alot. We also run Lucas 2 Stroke Oil at 40:1. We run our Banshee and Yamaha Dirt Bikes on that also. Hope this helps.

Suzuki RM 125 water is mixing with the gearbox oil how do I fix it, or what is the cause. The water is leaking from the cooling system and turning the oil milky. I have just changed the oil and filled up...

Did you do the reassembly yourself? If not, take it back to whoever did because the reassembly was done incorrectly. Oil and water mixing can only happen at the top or bottom ends of the barrel. Either the head gasket is not seated properly or the barrel to casing seals are not properly installed

What is the recommended fuel fix ratio by the bike maker? if it is 50 to 1= 10000ml / 50 = 200 200 x 1 ml = 200ml of oil to 10 litres of fuel.
200ml to 10 litres of fuel

Is there a difference in what oil you put in the crankcase vs the fuel mixture?

Yes, and the two are completely unrelated. In the crankcase, which on your bike is actually just the gearbox, you can use any high quality motor oil (same as what is used in the crankcase of a four cycle engine). As for the oil that you pre-mix with the fuel, again use any high quality two cycle engine oil and mix according to the oil manufacturer's recommendation.

Oil is a grey colour in the engine of my yz 125 2001

Your bike is water cooled. Some of that water is leaking into the gear box. The cylinder gasket is the likely leak. I would let the shop take a look at it instead of trying to fix it yourself.

But be sure there is not an external source for the water. Do you wash the bike often? Ride the creek bed often? Leave the bike where the lawn sprinkler gets the bike wet? Leave it out in the rain? Change the oil and keep the bike dry. If the problem comes back then go see the dealer.

could be too much 2 stroke oil in your mix or worse case, your piston rings are going.
