Evidently, you still have a short in the wire for your right side turn signal. I don't have a schematic for your bike but on the earlier models, the turn signal wires were all gray and they had these colored bands on them. Look on your schematic and determine if they still use this marking system. Trace your right turn signal wire back and you'll probably find the short. If you disconnected on wire and the fuse quit blowing, then the problem is somewhere along that wire.

Good Luck

Put new starter on and battery lights won't come on nor will the car turn over. some rats build a nest in the engine compartment, so i do know how to get the car to start. help me please.

Have you put a new battery in the car? If so and it still won't start, try retracing the wires under the hood to be sure the rats haven't chewed through any of them!

It could be either, as you have had wires chewed, I would give it a good look over first. Check under the fuse and relay panels also as the critters like to nest in them.
Check the battery & charging system also.

I have had cars in that the mouses have eaten some parts of wiring. Hard to find all the problems. First check if battery cable to starter and groung are solid. Inspect every where under the engine for chewed wires. If some wires are chewed , when starting they get hot and will not allow full voltage to go thru them

No power to Rayvak heater

You have a bad transformer. Probably shorted out from the mice eating the wiring.

there is a resistor block in the blower housing, it could have been damaged when the field mouse nested on the blower.

it is coils of wire ( nichrome wires) with 4 wires connected to a socket . this slows down the speed of the motor.
