if you search google images and part of manual you need you might get some luck. i found wiring diagram and ohter bits for your bike doing this. i.e. search cbr400aero wiring

Hello. The front axle hub nuts are set to 159 ft/lb but no one ever re-torques them as part of a maintenance service. As for workshop manual information autozone have some workshop manuals online for free for popular vehicles once you register on there website. There is a company that independent auto repair shops "buy" their information from that offer a very reasonable service to do it yourselvers.
