I pull the clutch in and put it into gear and the bike stalls, its a 91 fzr 1000

Bummer,

Likely you have one of a couple of issues: One is the clutch no longer is fully releasing, and the other is that the clutch disks have rusted together.

IF the clutch "feels" like it is catching late, and not enough travel, you may not be fully releasing. adjust cable or check hydralics, depending on your release system.

so IF you feel that the clutch "feels" the same, meaning that it has the same travel, then a common issue is the disks are fuzzy with rust or thickened lubricant. This happens on after the bike has sat fo ra while...Two ways to resolve this: one take it apart and clean it, the 2nd is to make several "burns" of the clutch. This involves heavier throttle, and intentionally slipping your clutch, with the purpose to have the clutch disks self clean. I usually run along in about 2nd gear range and remain at that SPEED, and shift to 3rd, or 4th, rev engine and slip clutch heavily. Allow time to cool between events, but do it three or 4 times and see if that does not clean up your issue.....

Be safe when you do this, but you knew that.

Mine is a 1997 FZR 1000. I discovered that whenever i move from gear 1 to gear2 and i rev a little, it will make a loud noise like when you are on neutral and you rev it high. At that point what i do...

Possibly a worn selector or in the worst case teeth missing on a cog or two.
I would get it fixed before it lets you down and needs a very deep pocket to fix.

My fzr 1000 is leaking gearbox fluid by the looks of it ,i start it up and when i put it in 1st gear it cuts out before i even let the clutch out. but if i put it in 2nd gear it doesnt cut out,, is this...

that's a bad neutral safety switch...it's a shop repair...now, the reason it goes bad:

the 1st gear is for getting the bike moving, period...you "never" wind out in 1st gear...ever...high rpm and going from 1st to 2nd is very bad for a transmission...think about how much movement is happening to go from the bottom, past neutral, to 2nd gear...that's where most trans damage occurs...once you start moving, go to 2nd, then rev it out... remember...1st gear is for getting moving only...

Engine Stalls when put in Gear, Suzuki GSX-R 1000 K3 (2003)

Most of the safety systems use a diode pack in the loom to stop clutch and side stand switch etc from back feeding each other. Maybe this has failed. If not could it be in the loom, a broken or shorted wire. Look for a tight bend in the route the loom runs and external damage to the tape.

Does the bike have a sidestand switch that cuts the power if the stand is left down? If it does, disconnect it and temporarily join the ends together and try starting....
