Plunger extended and blowing air in framing nailer

Air leaking out of head and driver extended indicates that the cylinder seal is bad and or the head valve is sticking or stuck in the head. Easy to check by removing the head and looking at the large plastic seal on top of the cylinder. If seal looks good, pull out the head valve and lube with white grease. Parts are here :

How do i take of the fan from a paslode im350+ gun ?

1) Remove the 4 bolts at the head, remove filter cap
2) Remove 2 bolts at nose holding the front assembly to the handle
3) Carefully pull the nose out and down to separate the cylinder and handle.
4) Remove fan blade - there is a very small torx screw on the fan blade
5) Remove the 3 screws holding the fan motor in and pull the motor straight out
Inside the cylinder head where the fan motor sits is a plastic spacer - if your fan kit does not come with a new one don't forget to take it out and reinstall it in the new head.

Drain plug for the primary/transmission is a 5/8 plug on the bottom side of the primary cover on the left side of the bike. The oil drain is not a plug. It's a hose that's clipped to the frame behind the motor near the rear motor mount. It takes a flat head screw driver to remove it from the frame clamp. To remove it from the frame just pull it off of the frame first.

Taking the motor out of my dirtbike

The motor mounts at 4 points-cylinder head, 2 under the front of the motor, and the swingarm pivot bolt. In order remove- seat,tank,rear subframe,exhaust.Remove the motor mount at the rear of the head, leave the throttle cables on the carb, unplug the wires to the TPS and remove the carb.Bag it and tie it up out of the way. Remove top bolt of rear shock and the swingarm bolt, pull the entire swingarm and suspension back as far as you can-you'll need the room to back the motor up a little to get it out of the frame. Unplug the ignition wires, and remove the last 2 mounting bolts from the front of the motor thru the frame. from the left side of the bike, back the motor up and rotate the front toward you and it comes right out. Actually took a break from installing a fresh Honda 250 R motor to write you this tip! Good luck!

you dont have to pull the whole motor out of car if thats what your asking but theres alot of work involved with changeing head gasket

Need to know how to check oil on the frame on a 2005 yz250f never seen the oil in the frame and the tranny oil and motor oil in one just road bike three or four time since got back shop head rebuild

Stand the bike upright.In front of the fuel cap is a smaller black knob with a flat raised section on it.Undo this and pull it out.This is the oil dipstick.Wipe it and put it back in and without screwing it in.Pull it out and check the oil level.If the level is low,add oil through the dipstick hole.Hope this helps you

I shot six mails and the frame nailer gun stopped working (could no longer dispense nails) I have a frame impulse cordless; the fan engages upon tip compression, I pull the trigger, the framer does not...

First, make sure you gas is not expired, it has a date on it. Take off the back cover with the allen wrench and two phillips head screws on the sides. Pull it out, being very careful and make sure when you put it back the wires are tucked in there place again. There is an o-ring under the fan that may need replacing causing the vacuum to not work.Also, make sure the little spark plug is clean of all carbon residue. Clean with some WD40 or ether. Worst case scenario fan motor or spark plug. You can find parts for these things. Lemme know. Please rate me
