Water pipes either go to your radiator at the front of of your bike, or to the water bottle :) if tis not them, uner your ptrol tank there is your water pump, it could go to there :)

The wash cycle is finished but the bottom of the dishwasher is still filled with wash water how do I get it to completely drain

Still filled is not good.. The process you need to complete is get a wet and dry vacuum and remove the water. A good way to do this is to unhook the drain for the dishwasher from its connection to the house plumbing and put the vacuum on that hose. If you get no water then it is a serious blockage, if you get water it may also remove the blockage by using the vacuum. Then you need to remove the bottom rack and check the sump area for debris and items that may be causing it not to drain. When this is done, run it and see if it drains. If it does not then there may be a pump issue.

On my deawoo matiz 800cc the pipe what comes from the water pump to the heater thenfrom the heater you have a pipe what goes to the side of the engine block next to the therostat houseing were the pip

Not sure from you statement where it is broke or come unsealed, but the pipe next to the thermostat is your inlet line for the heater, and the pipe from heater to water pump housing is the outlet line for the heater.
Can the part be replaced? If it's a metal pipe with no bolts holding it, there may be an o-ring on the end of the pipe that can be replaced.
Hope I've helped a little.

I can't get the thermostat housing off the engine to replace the thermostat. i've removed the bolts, upper radiator clamp and hose from the elbow going to the housing and it is loose, but it wo'n tcome off...

The thermostat is not under the upper housing. The thermostat is behind the lower housing that the lower hose is connected to.

If you are changing the upper housing known as the water outlet housing because it is leaking you are on the right track. You will need to remove the intake plenum on top of the engine and the upper radiator support. You will then be able to access the bolt on the backside of the engine that bolts the pipe retainer in place and disconnect the hose from the pip. The upper radiator support needs to be removed in order fro there to be enough clearance to pull the whole assembly out.

Radiator is plugged up. Car heats up. Need to know where thermastat is and where the drain valve is. Thanks

There is no drain plug on the radiator. You must remove the lower water pipe to drain the system. Follow this pipe from the bottom of the radiator in to the back of the water pump. Where it connects to the pump...remove this housing to reveal the thermostat
Good luck with this
