There should be a key hole under the left side of the back fairing, put the key in a turn in and pull the back seat off.

Broken trim on driver seat 2010 navigator

I used zip ties to tighten it back down on my 2006 navigator. Sounds like same flaw in manufacturing covers many year models. The zip ties( large ones) helped for a long time but I'm still looking for better longer term fix myself.

I have a 2006 kawasaki 636 first gear works fine but when I put it in second and it gets to 4000rpm it pops back into neutral by its self

It sounds as though your clutch is out of adjustment, or in need of replacement. Does it "pop out of gear" in any other gear, or just second? It may just be out of adjustment, a simple fix-

I can't keep the attachments from falling off while in use. I suspect I need new hardware, but cannot find instruction for Fein msx 636 II

Are you fully opening the lock lever when you are putting the attachments on? If you are new to the machine, you need to fully open the locking lever on top, insert the attachment and be sure it "seats" in the shaft holder and then close the locking lever and be sure it is tight.

Change tyre size

You can, but it will be a taller tire, and is not recommended. It will mess with the handling.

Engine swap 04 zx10r on a 06 zx 636 f

The frame mounting points are completely different. A zx 636 frame wraps around the motor where as a zx10r frame goes directly over the motor. That's how they keep the zx10r nimble enough to feel like a 600cc sport bike. But in this day and age if you have enough time and money you can accomplish anything. Honestly it's just easier to sell your 6 and buy a 1 liter.

Hi,
The 2 wires to the fan are (1) Black (1) Blue. These 2 come from a plug that has (1) Black/Yellow, and (1) Blue/White going into the plug from the harness.
Hope this helps
