Unless your technically enclined. Sell it. Otherwise buy a manual or find a good pit bike mechanic.

How do I set the timing for the engine?

Ignition should be solid state on an '05 so that timing cant be changed.
In the matter of the valve timing, put piston at tdc, make sure cams are on the neutral side (no pressure on valves). the cam sprockets should have marks that line up with the top of the head surface or the 12:00 position. Line up sprocket bolt holes and lock tight blue the sprocket bolts.

A/c problem

There is a check valve in the vacuum operated venting system that must be located and replaced, working from here it is difficult for me to instruct you exactly where the check valve is located you may aquire that info by calling a dealer and talk to service dept. or aquire repair manual on cd from ebay motors ( $15.00 - $20.00)

05 crf 450r stalls out once it warms up

Think about the valves. If they are to tight (Valve clearance) with the heat added when warm, they (Or one) might not close. I'd check there first.

Setting valves i have a 05 susuki rmz 250 keeps breaking down every 10 to 15 hours took it to a shop to be fixed and they told me i had to rebuild the top end and set the vales every 12 hours . IS THIS...

I don't know what may be wrong with the top end, (if anything), but I wish I could come up with a line of BS like these guys have. I could maybe get rich by constantly servicing just one bike. What happens when the bike "breaks down"? What does the shop say is wrong with the top end such that it needs to be rebuilt? What do they do to fix the breakdown each time? What do they charge you?

go to autozone buy a repair manual.its about.$24.00 dollars.it will show you show you how to do your own repair.you go buy the egr valve and tps sensor.now on the egr valve make sure the port in the intake where the egr valve is not stop up with carbon.if so becareful and easy cleaning out the carbon using a piece of clothes rack .clean up the debris.reason so because egr valve is not cheap.i seen them from $250.00 and up.you dont want to buy one if you dont need it.
