Question about 2007 Buell Firebolt XB12R
Well, first things first, which side did it go down on? on the left you have the primary cover, but you didn't mention a leak so I have to assume thats ok. On the right side you have the ignition sensor and the bundle of wires that hide behind the front pulley cover.
First I'd check to see if the motor is frozen up. If the tip-over switch is disabled or fails the motor can starve for oil and seize while running while on it's side. To do so shift it up into high gear (get friends to help) and "bump" start it. If this works you need to zero in on the switch gear and the wiring that controls your starter.
I was also assuming that the battery is in good condition and fully charged.
