Go to bikebandit.com and you'll get what you need in the aftermarket parts after you type the bike in and look in OEM parts first then go to aftermarket parts under fuel systems. The Oem parts are not in kits you just buy what you need. diaphrams are the most money but if yours aree good don't buy them. Bike parts aren't ever cheap.

Hi, Anonymous start with 1 1/2 turns out then you will need a vacuum board or 4 vacuum gauges to sync all four.
For this scenario, you will need your service/owners manual if you can't find the first and best tool you ever bought for your Yamaha, despair not, for a mere $10 you can download another one.

there are orings, you need to unbolt the carbs apart. you might have to synch the carbs afterwards. you might as well try and get a rebuild kit and clean all the jets and replace all the rubber parts in the carbs.

This sounds like the main jets are varnished up and possibly the float(s) are sticking. Pull the carbs off the bike and clean them with carb cleaner. Remount the carbs then balance and sync them. On a bike that old I would spring for carb rebuild kits. The kits MAY have additional parts for other carbs along with yours. Just use the parts that match the ones from your carbs.
