Your next service will be at 8000 miles. It would be recomended to service your engine by changing the oil and filter every 4000 miles.

A service garage stated that my 2006 Saturn Ion 2 with 39,0000 miles needs a brake system flush=$99.95 and a fuel induction service=$139.95. Is this normal maintenance service?

Although there are no set service intervals for brake fluid service, it should be done at regular intervals. Brake fluid is highly hygroscopic, meaning that it absorbs moisture very well, even from the air. The moisture absorbed will lower the boiling point of the brake fluid and can give you that spongy feel when you depress the pedal. So getting back to your question, if this is normal service? The best answer is that it could be. Of all of the fluids in a vehicle, brake fluid is the most neglected but one of the most important. I cannot tell you what service interval to use but set it mentally and keep to that interval. I personally use 3 years or 36000 miles.
As for fuel induction service, this is not normal service.

After how many miles should I change oil in 2003 Ford F-150,V6, 2WD, regular cab, automatic transmission, gasoline motor pick-up?

It depends on the filter and oil you use. My last Crown Vic had 165000 miles with no problems.

I use the Ford Lube services when there's a sale or Valvoline blended synthetic. Around 4000 mile intervals has been good for me. Never went longer than 5000 miles on anything I have owned. I have owned over 50 vehicles, never had lube failure.

The Maintenance Req indicator light is on. The car is a 2005.

That's a mileage-based indicator that is there to remind the driver that, based on the mileage on the car, some service interval has arrived. It's NOT a signal that there's been a fault or failure. Being that you have a Toyota, the typical timing service interval is every 60k miles (replacement if you have a belt, inspection if you have a chain). At that interval, the water pump, thermostat, accessory belt(s), spark plugs, timing tensioner (for a belt), and all fluids and filters are typically replaced, as well as an inspection of the brakes and suspension, and a tire rotation. It's a costly service but it's important. That's probably why your light has illuminated. Take a look in your owner's manual and look at the maintenance intervals -- you'll see what is due at this time.

How do you reset change oil light on mitsubishi outlander

Turn the key off.

Press the "Info" button on the left of the dash cluster until your maintenance miles/months screen is displayed.

Press and hold the "info" button until the maintenance screen begins flashing.

Release the "info" button and then push and hold it it for one second.

Your Maintenance intervals should reset to +6 months and +7500 miles since the last interval amount.

Note that if you have not reset it for more than one interval, you may need to do it more than once. If you have not done it for many intervals, you may need to have it reset with the scantool at a dealer, as I have run into a handful of vehicles that the oil change reminder locked up after 3-4 "intervals" were skipped/not reset.

Toyota 4Runner/maintenance schedule at 140K miles

The maintenance schedule is an outline and should be followed if you want to keep your vehicle in good condition. the maintenance items listed in the schedule are performed at their set intervals for a reason. Manufacturers have found the wear limits on certain parts and those parts may need to be serviced or replaced at those intervals or catastrophic failures may result.
