The accessory radiators offer 30%more efficient cooling, they are also lighter and stronger than standard radiators.
I know this doesnt answer the fan question, and I have seen computer fans etc fitted , but without a thermostat to turn them on and off, I have doubts about how much they really help, you also need to be concerned with current draw by the fan flattening the battery.

2002 Lexus es300 electrical cooling fan shuts on and off with ac on

Hi Dennis, When the AC is selected an additional cooling fan should cut in to cool the additional requirements of the condenser radiator, mounted in front of the radiator cooling the engine. If the operation of the AC fan is intermittent the most probable cause is a defective control relay or a loose connection. The relays are easy to find, being in a housing usually marked on top of the outside. Regards John

Coolant fan circuit malfunction / fan 1 or fan 2 or a sensor?

DTC P0480 - Cooling Fan Relay 1 Control Circuit
DTC P0481 - Cooling Fan Relay 2 Control Circuit.

You have a bad wire between the PCM and the relays, or a power supply issue to them. Test descriptions on TSB its available.

Feel free to contact us if need additional details. Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback is important and I'll appreciate your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment about this answer.

Where is the fan on a desktop # 5543

There will generally be a CPU fan (on top of the heatsink) and some computers will have additional fans. You will need to remove the side panel, afterwards the fan's should be clearly visible. What is the issue?

I think computer is over heating

Hello,
To minimize heat in your notebook, you can execute one application in one opening. Cooling pad is also available to cool down your PC.

Blessings.

Notebook fan

Yes most likely as otherwise you would not have been advised to shut down. The processor get red hot is not cooled continuously by the cooler fan. And heat of all sorts is bad for the health of the processor and other components. What I would suggest is to use a Cooling PAD available on Ebay. This is nothing but a tray that has three USB powered fans that keep dissipating the heat with these three fans all the time the laptop is running. Very helpful. Although you spend some money on it, but in the long run it works wonders.

I have noisy fan which wines and stops and starts and then gets lowder non stop. My PC is a Compaq sr1620nx

I assume that the fan that you are talking about is the case fan nearest power supply. This is an easy replacement and an exact replacement (Watts and RPM) should be available from you local computer store or online). I can suggest some sites if needed.
If it is the power supply fan, you will have to replace the power supply, also easily replaced and obtained.
If it is the CPU fan, it can also be replaced, but it must be matched to your motherboard and CPU.
Let me know if you need additional help. Thanks.

Replaced relay, but both electric fans won't come on

Are we talking about the cooling fans for the engine and AC condenser?? Only one cooling fan will cycle on and off during normal operation. The main cooling fan will cycle on and off as needed for cooling the engine. If you turn on the AC or select a defrost mode on your climate control then the 2nd additional fan will run usually continuously in order to condense the freon in your AC system for cooling the interior of your car and in defrost mode it helps to reduce interior moisture on the glass (defog/ defrost). If no fan comes on at any time whether the engine is hot or cold or whether you turn on the AC or not and you have already replaced a cooling fan relay and checked related fuses then either the fan /s are bad or you dont have power in or out of the fan circuit which consists of several components that would need to be checked. Let us know if you find anything else or have additional questions.

Computor cutting out.....Remedy ??

As per your description, I understand that the issue is with overheating of the Notebook because of which it is turning off after running for some time.
First of all, Notebooks are not meant for heavy computing where they are designed for computing on the move and they cannot handle all the tasks we generally use in Desktop computers.
Coming to the issue, there will be some settings in the BIOS where the Notebook will be turned off when it reaches or exceeds certain temperature.
If the computer is allowed to run even at this temperatures, the Processor and Motherboard will burn causing serious damage to the computer.
First of all, check that the Cooling fan of the Notebook is free from dust so that it can spin at required speed and blow the enough air to maintain the temperature of the processor.
Additionally, see that the cooling fan vent of the Notebook from where hot air is blown away is dust free since if is blocked hot air will not go away and it will be circulating inside the Notebook making the notebook hotter and situaions will turn worst.
Blow the Cooling fan at the bottom of the Notebook and the cooling fan vent at the rear of the Noteook using Air Blower so that the dust which might be blocking them will be removed and there will be better cooling available.
Additionally, see that there is enouth room available at the bottom of the Notebook for enough ventilation.
You can also try using notebook cooling solutions like Cooling Fans which will be placed at the bottom of the Notebook and having two fans. These devices will be connected to the USB Port of the Notebook for power and blowing air to cool Notebooks.
Hope this helps...
