Ouch... this sounds serious... maybe it time to visit your local Yammer dealer!! This is not complicated, but a very involved and time consuming repair!!

Ive had my bike at a workshop for the last 4weeks getting a freshn up . ... If the fuse isblowing that quick you should be able to find it quickly , probably .... eliminated the dash and reduced the amount of things you need to look at. .... Replace the EVAP purge solenoid. It is powered off the same fuse and it works as you are driving and not at idle . The MAF sensor is working all the time the engine is running.
if it has an electric fan to cool the radiator, it may be a coolant temp sensor, fuse , relay or bad fan
the clue to the problem is when driving in the rain, the water from the road is cooling the radiator so find why the radiator fan is not working
Thats the fuse for the ECU, engine control module, and is a 15amp for gas 2.0. i would locate the ECU which is under the center of the plenum in the engine compartment and disconnect the long plug. Check for green discoloration on the multipin connector. Sometimes moisture will get in there and short some of the pins together. Leave ECU unplugged and replace the fuse. If it still blows cause is between the fuse and the ECU.
The ECM1 fuse blowing usually indicates that the fuel pump wires shorted inside the tank. If you drop the tank and remove the module, you will probably find the insulation burned off the gray pump wire.
Check your o2 sensor harness. The harness if not properly secured will rub on the axle to a point where it rubs through the insulation of the wire & shorts on the axle causing the ECU fuse (20A) to blow. Repair the harness & replace the fuse & bada bing! You should be in business! Hope that works. IF NOT follow this K.I.S.S.
