Check your indicator bulbs, it sounds like someone has swapped out a dual filament globe. When the indicator is switched on the power back feeds through the lighting circuit causing all the lights to blink

The Right Turn Signal comes on, but doesn't blink on my 95 Buick Park Ave. I have a State Inspection coming up and need to get it fixed by this weekend.

It sounds like one of the signal lights is out. The best way to find out is to turn the hazards on and check if they blink. If they do then you might need a turn signal relay.

Good Luck

My right turn signal blinks really fast & the same running light on the front is brighter than the left turn signal

One light is brighter because the turn signal light wire is switched with the running light wire. The wires are color coded should be an easy fix. As for the fast blink, if you have put led lights on the signals you will have to also add a diodes to correct the fast blink.

Driver front turn signal does not blink. front

This may have more then one bulb in the front or possibly a bad socket try wiggling the new bulb in the socket to see if it will work.Compare all turn signal lights that come on the passenger side to those drivers side. Some vehicles also incorporate sidemarker lights with the turn signals.
