When i have a passenger what should the air pressure on tires be?

You should have a pressure chart under your seat to tell you. Normally, about 3 to 5 psi extra on rear bias ply tires. 0 to 3 psi on both radial tires.

1997 chevy truck (1500) will start but shuts down after about 8 sec. turn the key off and restart and it does the same thing . fuel pump is putting out, replaced filter!

You have to check your fuel pressure because this fuel system has to have at least 51 psi in order to open the popit valve inside the injector and the pump is weak and drops below 51 psi then the motor will shut down.Your fuel pressure should be 60-66 psi with key on and engine off.

My vfr 800 battery went flat after riding it 100 kilometers, the battery is only 2 months old.

You need to replace the voltage regulator. That's the first thing I would do.

Hope this helps.
