Lightly seat both the air screw and the throttle screw. Now turn each of them one and one half turns outward. This is the factory setting.

What is the adjustment screw under the throttle?

Hi Darren, on the right hand side of the carburator there is an idle adjusting screw with a spring behind it, turn screw clockwise to increase idle counter clockwise to decrease idle. At the front of the carburetor on the bottom of the venturi bore there is also an air/fuel mixture screw inside a carb body lug that may or may not be plugged with an aluminum cap that's about 3/16" thick. This cap can be drilled out to acess the air/fuel mixture screw. Turning screw clockwise will lean out mixture and lower idle, turning screw counter clockwise will richen mixture and raise idle. Start by turning gently the screw clockwise until it just barley bottoms out then back it out 1 3/4 turns. You need to balance the two adjusting screws to obtain an idle of 950-1000 RPM then back out air/fuel mixture screw 1/8 turn, snap throttle to confirm responce, you may continue to back out air/fuel mixture screw untill desired throttle responce is achieved, if you see black smoke coming out of exhaust you have gone to far and need to turn screw back in 1/8 turn at a time, final adjustment should be made with the engine at normal operating temperature. Could you please tell me the carb settings on a 1981 ts 250 er meny thanks lindsey.

Turn the mix screw all the way in, then turn it out 13/4 turns. That should allow you to get the bike running and you can fine tune it from there with the engine idling.

Good luck.

Finding the drivers for LEO D400S laptop

If you can get inside, under the keyboard {be careful, there about 1,000 screws], look for the names of the chips. If you have more then 5 chips with the same company name.that is the REAL name of the laptop.Meny times a BRAND name company makes too meny laptops, computers & sells the extra under the other name, in your case [[LEO DESIGNote D400S ]]
your best bet is "look under the hood" get the real name.
p.s. sometimes they keep the same model # as the original, alot of times they don't.
