Disconnect fan and check for continuity with a self powered test light or a multimeter (continuity mode-beep).

If the fan is broken, replace as necessary.

Hopefully it can get power, because if not check for a fuse.

If the above doesn't work then the coolant temperature circuit is faulty.
Sending unit could be bad for hte coolant temperature sending unit.

My fridge gets really hot on top and between the fridge and freezer where the door meets

next time send the model number and brand name.usually when this happens is the condenser fan motor isn't working.pull the fridge out, remove the bottom back panel and check the fan to see if it's working,if it is check the condenser coil to see if it's filled with lint and dust,it could just need to be cleaned out but if it's that hot most likely the fan isn't running,if you get this tonight check it now,if the fan isn't running you could blow the compressor, the condenser fan blows and keeps the compressor cool enough so it doesn't overheat by moving the hot air and the heat also esscapes through the condenser coil so if that's clogged with dust the machine will run hotter than normal,if the fan isn't running you can stick any window fan back there and blow it onto the compressor to keep it cool until you fix the condenser fan motor, this way you won't loose any food and if the compressor goes it's new fridge time,to much to repair.hope this helps and good luck with your machine.one more thing,i've found the fans not running and by pushing the blade it runs again,if this happens the fan could run and never have a problem or it could stop an hour later but i would change it out no matter what.if it's a G.E. fridge and the motor isn't running, most likely it will be the computer board,i've found 10 machines doing this and the temp. settings turning on and off or the evap fan motor in the freezer runs slow and then fast and the condenser fan isn't running or running slowly, this is why you have to send the brand name and model number.

Temperature needle stays on the hot , have changed temperature sensor but it still stays on the hot and the engine is not overheating or leaking anything..what is making it stay on the hot

replace the thermostat,, and make sure that the fan engages , just because the fluids don't boil over doesn't mean the temp isn't to high, if your saying that the temp gauge is stuck on the hot setting, and doesn't move even when the car is cold,, thats a different problem,, if thats the case whats the make , model , and year

My heater isn't sending any heat .It seems like the fan isn't comming on

Most units heat comes on first. Does it get hot at all? may have over temp switch open and needs reset, after that check for fan operation. If fan does not come on it may lock out again. That would confirm bad blower motor.
Not sure if this unit needs this blower? Some space heaters it is an option.

THE CAR IS RUNNING HOT BECAUSE OF THE FAN NOT COMING ON WHEN THE CAR GETS HOT

There is a relay that connects to your radiator coolant tank. These relays go bad and then they can't
make the electric fan engage. Check the relay and jump the connection plug to complete the connection and cause the fan to engage. More than likely the relay is bad and needs to be replaced.

99 ford escort running hot . i replaced the thermostat. flushed the radiator . had the synsors checked . no leaks no noice. is it my radiator?

You may need your radiator rodded and cored. But, before you do that check the relay that controls when your electric fan engages to pull air through your radiator. The sensors that control the electric fan are usually in the side tanks on the radiator. This sensor heats up and tells the fan when it needs to make the electrical connection to engage the fan to cool the radiator coolant. I would probably bet that is what is malfunctioning. They are a relatively inexpensive part. Good luck.

Air conditioner blowing hot air and car overheating when idle

Air conditioning is one area where the owner generally is not qualified or equipped to perform the necessary repairs. If you are overheating and the ac isn't cooling I would check the condenser (radiator in front of the engine radiator) and made sure it's not obstructed. Also make sure that the electric fan comes on when you engage the A/C. Beyond that there isn't much you really can do except have an professional run a diagnostics on the system.

When I turn on the air only hot air blows out. was diagnosed and found that the electric fan mounted on the condenser won't turn on. Fuses and relays check out ok as does coolant. What controls the fan?

Hot wire the fan to the battery...If it fails to go on, the fan itself is bad. You sure the compressor is engaging? Generally even if the fan isn't on, there is enough air going through the grille to keep a/c cool.

A/c stopped working, the clutch still engages, fan blows warm, found no fluid leaks

the air blend door inside the heating / cooling unit that sits under the dash is probably not moving. there is an electric motor and control unit that moves the air blend door (assuming you have the electric dial or push button digital controls. some of these vehicles have a valve that shuts off the antifreeze from cycling through the heater and if it remains open then you would get "not hot" but just warm air.
