Possible that your starter motor is stuck. Please make sure that your jump starterr connection is very good in contivity, make sure that the main line ground is good. test your horn , main lights to test this. When the starter is depressed with your light on does the click simultaneously make the light go too dim. if so check if the starter is stcuk. you will need to remove the starter, open and clean teh brushes, maybe if the bushes are worn to replace. clean and reset.test the motor externally before mounting. make sure that the solenoid contactor is working well and the full supply come to the motor.this must solve your issue.
