What is the meaning for an error code "S" on the panel of my goldwing Honda 1800??

Just a guess, but could it be a kickstand (sidestand) warning light, to alert you so you don't ride off with the kickstand down?

Maybe there's a switch at the kickstand that needs adjusting.

How to replace the kickstand sensor switch on a 2007 kawasaki vulcan 900 cl

The kickstand sensor on these bikes is just a simple open/short module with a spring loaded switch to activate it. Replacing it is simply a matter of disconnecting the wiring, unbolting the old sensor, replacing the module, bolting it in, and connecting the wire.

How do you replace the kickstand spring on a 2000 Harley FLHTCUI?

Have a friend hold bike up for you with the kickstand in,attach spring to kicks stand, and with a pair of needlenose pliers stretch the spring to attach to the loop on the frame

I have a 1997 vt1100 american classic, does all the vt 1100 use the same batterys.

If the american classic is the ACE model, 1995 - 2000 is the same and 2001 -2007 is the same, there are officially 18 different vt1100 models, the shadow spirit 1985 - 1997 is the same, 1998 - 2000 are the same and 2001 - 2007 are the same.

Kickstand spring popped off, kickstand is now loose and biks will not start even with kickstand down. problem is on a 2003 kawasaki 1600 vulcan classic

The kickstand has some kind of safety switch, if the spring is not broke you should be able to snap it back on (with the kickstand up) and have someone to hold the bike or put it on a lift. It might take some muscle or take it to a dealer and I'm sure they can pop it back on. Hope this helps.
