The design of the bike is what makes this difficult. Your airbox is located under your seat and feeds the carburetors via the backbone of the bike. The air passage is basically in the middle of the fuel tank and connected to the carburetors in the center of the V of the engine, which are a downdraft design. Unless you can create a new intake tract from the side of the bike to the carburetors, you cannot mount a hypercharger on this model.
All of the models I am familiar with mounting a hypercharger on already have their airbox located on the side of the motor, so it is not a big deal to change.

Why is bike misses at 2000rpm, new plugs fitted could it be leads?, Not a misfire but like a break in the sparking system?

sounds like a fuel issue, how long has the bike been sitting? You said it is worse in certain weather conditions, so i don't think electrical would act up in different weather conditions. I am not sure if your bike has carbs or fuel injection. If it has carbs, you most likely have dirty pilot jets.

I need to know the Proper Way this New Chain goes on to a 7 Speed Bike, I cannot work out how it routes around all these Cogs & Gears.

I suggest you google for fitting a new bike chain and you will find loads of instructions and videos though having another bike to copy might be the best way to success.

It is not the chain routing you will find difficult I speculate, but finding the right length of chain to fit. The chain you have bought will probably need a few links removing and then once fitted the ends will need rivetting together securely.
You will find that a simple matter when you have seen it done. Adjusting a chain length by adding or removing links is difficult without a chain link extractor tool. Such a tool is inexpensive and an essential addition to the tool box of anyone concerned with chain driven vehicles or equipment.

Thicker chains have the benefit of being able to fit split links and half links but even if they are available they should not be used with a derailleur gear.
Good luck!

I have a hyper pro model bmx bike and My back rim tightens up when I start to pedal

Do you mean that the back wheel becomes hard to roll when you start to pedal? And is this tightening up coming from the center of the wheel (bearings, hub, axle), and not from the rim or tire rubbing on something like the brakes or the bike frame? I am guessing a lot here from your breif description of the problem, but if I have that right you will have to remove the rear wheel and partially disassemble the hub. The locknuts that should constrain the space taken up by the bearings and the mechanism that allows you to pedal or coast (assuming this is not a fixed-gear bike) are either loose or adjusted too tight. It is also possible that the coaster mechanism has another problem. Good luck!

Im having a starting issue with my 1996 honda shadow vt1100, I never had this problem before until I took my bike in for a new battery and clutch i was then told I had a charging problem... so i got a new...

Try an auto electrician that does bikes, you can usually fit a relay/booster on starter motors to give it that initial boost, i tend to agree about your mechanics.

My exhaust has white smoke, is that the 0 rings? Are they hard to replace, can an amatuer do it or should I take it to the shop?

This is a difficult question to answer. The reason is that some "amateurs" are quite mechanically inclined and with a bit of advice, they can do the job. Others are going to be better off taking the bike to a shop with a qualified mechanic. How to tell which category you fall into is simple for you, difficult for me as I don't know you and have never watched you fix anything.

Rebuilding the top end of your Sportster is not a terribly difficult job as far as other jobs that may need to be done on your bike as time goes on. However, it is not a simple job that a person can stumble through and get right. It does take a degree of mechanical expertise and some special tools.

You will have to be the judge of whether you can remove the entire top end of the engine, have the machine work performed on cylinders and heads as needed, then put it back together properly. One thing that you will need is a service manual. The purchase of this manual will outline every facet of overhauling the top end of the engine. It will also show you the special tools you'll need. If you purchase this first, read it, and then you'll be able to better assess your ability to do the job. Besides, I always recommend a person purchase a service manual so that they know more and understand more how their machine operates. If you use the manual to repair just one simple problem on your bike, at today's labor costs, the manual will have paid for itself.

Good Luck
