I'm thinking of buying one of these pushchairs second hand, everything is pristine except the chassis which doesn't fold down properly. Is this something that can be fixed, or would i (and can i) replace it? Many thanks Katie Sedler

Hi my sister-in-law has a silvercross pramette but doesn't know how to close it . Please help because i will be babysitting soon and i dont want to be house bound. many thanks

Hi,

On each handle there is a trigger, pull both triggers upward with your index fingers, then push the handles toward the floor slightly, the arms will then raise out of their slots,(lower down toward the front wheels).Once these arms are released from their slots, holding onto one handle (left handle if you are right-handed) pull the handle at the back of the pushchair upwards quite firmly, this will fold the chassis (this handle is located directly at the back, around knee height). Make sure that you hear a 'click' when the chassis is folded, this ensures that the chassis is locked shut. If it helps, place the chassis on the floor and push dowward on it to lock it shut. If this is brand new, it is always a little stiffer (and also with the basinette fabrics on). Have a practice and see how you get on!

Hope this helps.

Dont know how to close bebecar multipla sport

To fold a Multipla chassis, you must first lock the swivel wheels in the non-steering mode and ensure that the adjustable handle is in one of the middle positions. To fold it, firstly press the red button and simultaneously, turn the handle collar, in the middle of the handle bar, in the direction of the "FOLD" arrow, and the chair will begin to close. Next, operate the secondary safety device by pulling upwards the plastic tab situated on the right hand side. Tilt the chair forward and continue the folding action until the chassis is fully closed. If you want to store the pushchair, fold the adjustable handle down. Find out more by asking [email protected] for a user-guide.

How do i fold this puschair up & how does it fold down? Can this done by one person? Thnk you for any help.

The Tracker is designed to be folded and unfolded easily, by one person.

To unfold: If your Tracker has an adjustable handle, ensure that it is in one of the middle positions. On the central twist grip, push in the red button and turn the grip in the direction of the "FOLD" arrow. The pushchair should now begin to open. Placing your hand on the side moulding, pull on the handle until the primary locks on both the left and right hand sides engage with a click. The secondary lock should automatically engage.

To fold: First of all, make sure that the front wheels have been locked into fixed, non-steering mode. Also, ensure that the adjustable handle is in one of the middle positions. Press the red button on the twist grip and simultaneously turn it in the direction of the "FOLD" arrow. At this point, the chair should start to close. Next, look for the secondary locking device. This plastic tab should be situated just below the handle grip on the left-hand side. Pull it upwards, whilst tilting the chassis forwards and continuing the folding action until it is fully closed. Align the front wheel with your foot, if necessary, and fold down the adjustable handle to store the chassis.

I cannot collapse my Babystyle Twister Xts Stroller pushchair

Hi,

If my memory is correct, you need to grip the levers either side of the hood (these are on the lower part of the handle bar and sometimes are a little hidden by the hood fabric) and then lower the handle bar toward to the floor, this should fold the pushchair down. Some models in certain countries had a secdary lock located about half way down the chassis on the left hand side that needs to be opened also.
Hope that helps.

How to fold the buggy

To fold the buggy, it is necessary to operate both a primary lock, and then a secondary lock. Start by making sure that the front swivel wheel is locked. Operate the primary locking device by pulling upwards on both of the plastic tabs located on the side of the handle arm just below the foam handle grip. Begin pressing downwards so that the pushchair begins to fold. Next, release the secondary locking device (raising the bar located lower down on the left-hand side) and continuing pressing downwards on the handle bar until the pushchair is fully folded. The handle bar can then be folded inwards to the maximum, by pressing simultaneously on the adjuster buttons on either side. Finally, with the chassis laid down, lock it into its folded position by closing the folding latch operated on the side.
Operating instructions, with diagrams, may be obtained from [email protected]
I hope that this is helpful. Do leave some feedback, so that we know how you got on!

How do I fold a maclaren quest pushchair?

Hi,

You need to locate the lever standing out proud on the right hand side of the upright legs of the chassis, push this down with your foot, then push upwards the back folding section (referred to as a 'band-stand') with your foot, the stroller will then collapse by pushing this forward away from you.

Hope this helps.

How to open and close quinny buzz pushchairs

If you lock the front wheel and lower the handle bar to the lowest postition first, this will make the chassis as small as it can be. Remove the seat/car seat or carry cot if this is on the chassis.
Then, stand in front of the chassis, with the front wheel between your legs.
Push down the grey rectangle button on the left hand side, then pull toward you the right hand rectangular button then push this button downwards,
Then, withnthe two buttons still pushed in, with your full body weight, push the chassis downwards the floor until fully folded.

I hope this helps.

How do i fold down the mutsy urban rider pushchair

Hi,

To fold the Mutsy Urban follow these steps:

Stand slightly to the left of the pram, but have the handle bar (with button depressed) in your right hand. Have your left hand on the black cuff (on the left hand leg of the chassis)
In one movement, push in the button on the handle (with your right hand) and move downwards, whilst pulling the cuff upwards (with your left hand). Do this quite firmly and the pram will then collapse. Make sure that the handle is in the lowest position after folding, ensuring that the pram is as small as possible.

I hope this helps.
