My KTM 640LC4, Supermoto, 2004, runs almost normal at lowest rpm while it stops running immediatelly when I try to accellerate. I think that my carburater needs cleaning.

yep. its the carb...gotta take it apart, get the jets out and use carb cleaner and blow out the ports. just finished doing that to a yz450f today as a matter of fact. dont forget to clean the air jet it should be right on the end of the intake side of the carb where it connects to the air box. its a really small jet and any dirt will kill it,

drain the milky oil out and buy the thinnest oil you can find. fill the engine to the top with the thin oil (dont start it up) then drain it out straight away do that once or twice then put in the proper oil and it should be ok

I got a 2004 625 ktm smc lc4 is a nice bike. but

Dont stress. A LITLLE more than the level is nothing to worry about. Keep the oil level between the 2 marks when the engine is cold and you'll be fine. Best way is bottom level is for cold. Oil must be above this level when cold. Top level is for warm. Oil must be below this level when hot.

Would too much oil in case make oil leak on 2004

All engines have a oil level .if too much oil is put in an engine ,above the recomended level then pressure produced when the engine is running will force ouil into places its not meant to go .This will cause oil leaks in any number of places and could cause damage to seals or correct running of the engine .

It would seem you posted twice, pls try here, here or here. In some, the wiring diagram is part of the Service Manual. If the year is different, most harness/wiring would be relatively similar.

Good luck and Thank you for using FixYa. Happy Holidays.
