If you have purchased two batteries, then the problem must be in your charging system.
You need to check the voltage at the battery, with the engine idling, should be about13V, and then rev the engine, voltage should go up to about 14V.
You need to check this, to see if your rectifier is faulty.
Sounds like you don't have any charge going to your battery, or not enough charge.
The fix could be as simple as a new rectifier.

SOURCE: What is the top speed of a 07 Qlink Legend 250

85mph with a rider under 200lbs and decent road conditions. Lighter rider can get 90+ at 7500+rpm in 5th without much strain on the engine. Can improve this a bit by increasing jet size and an aftermarket intake.

Why is my Next book Premium 7 SE is not holding a charge. Loose connection. I have a 2 yr. warranty but cannot find my paperwork. Purchased at Walmart Bowl Green KY. 2012

Tablets use Li Ion batteries. These batteries have what is known as a "memory" if the devices are allowed to drain all the way, this often damages the battery.
Not charging the battery for a full 8-24 hours can also cause the battery to hold a lower charge. For example, when it says "Please put device on charger" you charge it only till it says full then remove (usually a 1 hour to 4 hour charge). This is not an actual full charge and can also damage the batter / cause it not to hold a long charge.
The battery can be replaced, and are usually not very expensive. The last tablet battery I replaced was about $15.00 for the battery itself. Some are a little cheaper.
Most repair shops should be able to perform the repair if the warranty paper can not be found.

Tip

Battery life extension

All batteries lose their capacity to hold a charge over time, but how you take care of them can affect how quickly this occurs. To keep batteries better for longer, try to drain them nearly all the way before charging, and charge them fully every time. If you're not going to be using the battery for a while (a couple weeks or longer) drain it to about 80% before storing it. For laptops and other devices that often stay plugged in, fully drain and charge the battery about once a month. Doing these things can help slow down the degradation of the batteries in your gadgets.

completely drain all the batteries by taping the on switch and, letting the drill run until it stops.
then recharge again do this three times for each battery ( these batteries have a "memory" and, only recharge to the level of last topoff if this does not work the chemicals in the battery are depleted and, must be replaced they can be purchased from Dewalt.com

Battery won't hold a charge

Buying recharable batteries will not solve the problem of the battery draining quickly but will help save $ by not having to purchase so many disposable batteries. Check your user guide to see what kind of batteries your camera will accept. Lithium ion rechargeable is the best if compatible. Lithium ion disposible (CRV3) will last a long time as a secondary choice if compatible. Some cameras drain batteries more quickly than others. Just a tip to help reduce the drain: don't use your LCD screen when unnecessary (such as scrolling through several of your pics in-between snapping pics).

BATTERY FOR THIS MODLE WILL NOT HOLD A CHARGE WHY?

Try a differnt battery. Some batteries are bad right off the shelf. Keep the camera out of direct sunlight as this seems to drain my batteries faster than anything. Write back with more details of your problem if this doesn't help.
