Copies are blank


Dear
There are many causes for the blank copy.
1- no toner flowing through developer.
2-drum unit may be defective( it contact points may be loosen).
3-HVT card may be faulty.
4- If print ok, the CIS losses its shading value.
5- the base of the machine may not be firm causes bad contact of HV contact points.

Miss on # 5 cylinder have performed comprestion


compression.

What is the problem? #5 is missing? Do you have spark for #5...Injectors don't fire. Never did never will Injectors "inject" fuel to the cylinders.

2001 malibu thermostat stuck open. Could that also cause a O2 sensor code error or are they unrelated?


When the thermostat is open, the engine could not reach the desired temperature, which could effect the O-sensor, first replace the thermostat and see what is happening

Hello
Before replacing an other one, replace the freewheeling capacitor, the capcitor fitted between the collector of the 2222 and earth; usually of a value of 3500pf 2000VDC, some times this value may differ from set to set. If this capacitor has opened of developed in value, the result will be the failure of the horizontal output transistor, at switch ON itself. The second reason is the short in horizontal yoke windings. Even one winding get shorted, it will cause to a heavy load flyback transormer which in turn to 2222 failure. The last reason for this fault is defective Line Output Transformer itsef. Check these three.
Before proceeding, desolder out the horizontal output transistor 2222 fro circuit, and measure the frequency at the collector point of horizontal driver transistor. It should be around 15625HZ [may differ a little], with no signal. If this frequency is found higher than normal, The main IC jungle should be suspected.
Anyway, go forward after checking this frequency. OK.

P 236 the code is for the wastegate not working as it should. 308 is a miss fire, did you do a tune up recently?

if compression is below minimum you should put in a set of rings but i would first check to be sure the valves were adjusted correctly as this may cause loss of compression

It is probably either the N75 valve(Diverter Valve) or the wastegate actuator. Usually a significant boost leak will set a DTC, still check all hoses and clamps.

A bad wastegate actuator or flap would cause no boost but not necessarily the air-sound.

- VAG1526 multimeter or VAG1715 multimeter
- VAG1594 connector test kit
Test sequence
- Switch ignition off.
- Disconnect connector at solenoid valve for boost pressure regulation.

Specified value: 25...35 Ohm
If specified value is not obtained:
- Replace Wastegate Bypass Regulator Valve -N75-.

Exhaust Bypass Valve: Testing and Inspection

Recirculating Valve For Turbocharger, Checking
NOTE:
Valve opens between connection to intake manifold and connection to deceleration shut-off valve with no voltage. Connection to vacuum
reservoir is closed.
Test sequence
- Switch ignition off.
- Disconnect connector from Recirculating valve for turbocharger -N249-.

Specified value: 27...30 Ohm
If specified value is not obtained:
- Replace Recirculating valve for turbocharger -N249-.
If specified values are obtained:
- Connect test box to control module wiring harness, connect test box for wiring test.

1a741bd.jpg - Check wire between test box socket 105+2-pin connector terminal 2 for open circuit according to wiring diagram.
Wire resistance: max: 1.5 Ohm
- Also check the wire for short circuit to B+ and Ground (GND).
If no malfunctions are found in wire:
- Check wire between 2-pin connector terminal 1 and the Fuel Pump (FP) Relay -J17- for open circuit according to wiring diagram.
Wire resistance: max: 1.5 Ohm
If no malfunctions are found in wires:
- Replace Engine Control Module (ECM).

To test the wastegate, locate the wastegate linkage rod and verify that there is no play and that it is closed. You can apply compressed air to the actuator to see if it opens and closes. (not more than 30 psi)

2003 Audi TT No electric power to fuel pump/ignition


When your tmming belt went dint that bend the valves.Do a comprestion test firstly.As this is a interferance engine.when the belt snaps the likely of valve to piston contact is very likely.Also change the camshaft sensor.
