I have a VL 800, which is slightly smaller than your bike, but I'd wager that the set up is similar. On mine there are two areas containing fuses. The main fuse is under the saddle. The other fuses are located beind the left crankcase cover (with the coolant reservior). The high and low beams are each on separate 10 amp fuses.

Please let me know if this is helpful.

Hi, Gene you may have air in the system try bleeding it out like you would for brakes by loosening the oil pressure switch or oil filter with the engine running and watch for bubbles when they stop re-tighten and your good to go, for more information about your question and valuable "FREE" downloads that you will need please click on the links below. Head light is not bright enough as compared to other bikes

Hi, Vijendra_443 if your headlight is not working the first thing to check is the headlight bulb for damaged filaments then check your light circuit fuse, that being said the usual suspects are:
1. Faulty ground or power supply to headlight bulb socket.
2. Faulty hi/lo beam switch.
3. Faulty ignition switch.
4. Fuse is good but no continuity on both sides.
5. Faulty wiring between battery positive and headlight bulb socket.

15 amp fuse is blown under dash on right side, pull off the blue/purple cover and check the (tail/dome) fuse. radio is probably not wired correctly.

I left my lights on, on my 2002 Suzuki Esteem and the horn was barely beeping. When I was getting a boost the postive and negative chords were placed wrong and it sparked on my battery. After that my car...

I hate to say it, but you will have to go one by one. There is a box under the hood on the drivers fender with fuses, and drivers side dash, just above the kick panel. Its faces down, has a black cover on it. I really hope you didn't burn you computer, but what I would do is take your owners manual and locate the MAIN POWER fuse. It will be a high amperage probably 50-90 amps, and most likely be located under the hood in that fuse box. Usually that is what blows if you have a power spike like that. Thanks.

Cigarette lighter and radio not working on Suzuki X90. Have replaced fuse. No luck. Not too concerned about radio, but would like to have power from lighter for GPS. Any suggestions?

Connect a bypass wire to another fuse such as the ACC. or directly to battery hot wire. Better yet buy a 12v accessory unit . Sold at Pep Boys etc. And connect to a hot (positive wire.). And a ground wire.
