Unless they've changed something, most Wide Glides hold three quarts of oil. Always check the oil level with the dipstick. There are two marks on the stick. The lower mark is "Full Cold" the upper mark is "Full Hot". Check the oil with the bike on the side stand.

Leaking oil from the lower two bolts of my cam cover on my 2002 Dyna Wide Glide. Thinking it is the gasket, but could it be something more sinister? Please let me know!

Not sure I am following you on this, what are your concerns? Unless there has been physical damage to the cover or a lot of banging and knocking from the cam, it most likely is simply the gasket. Of course there is no way to know with out removing the cover and inspecting the gasket and cases.

Where is the oil plug drain located on a 2010 harley wide glide ?

The oil drain plug for your Wide Glide is located on the bottom of the transmission as the oil tank is in this location. The oil drain plug is usually located at the right front of the oil pan.

Whats required for the 20000 miles service on a 2002 dyna wide glide

Change the oil, oil filter and blow out the air filter.
Check tire pressure, dive shaft oilings, etc. standard according to user/owners manual.
Otherway to find out is to talk to your local motorcycle dealer, they are willing to divulge that info to draw new business...
Good advice?

Where should the reading be at on the oil dipstick to be safe

On your Wide Glide, check the oil with the bike on the side stand. When you look at the dipstick, look closely and you'll see the words, "Full Cold" on the lower mark and "Full Hot" on the upper mark. As long as you can see the oil on the dipstick, you can run the engine until it gets to full temperature and then check the oil level. If it's low, fill the oil tank to the "Full Hot" mark.

03 HD dyna wide glide blows oil from breather (K & N)... Lots of oil. 20-50 oil, clean filter. Any help?

How many miles do you have? You probably need to have your oil pump alligned. They get out of wack and cause over oiling. I believe it caused by not being able to return oil efficiently. An evo tappet block alignment tool is now used to align the TC internal oil pump.
