What kind of engine coolant is used for 1993 toyota camry

Regular coolant. Toyotas regular coolant was died red. It is compatible with any green regular good old fashioned coolant. Adding green coolant will turn the color of the coolant brown unless it is flushed. Let me know if you have any questions and I'll do my best to answer them. Thank you for using!

What is the best way to change the coolant on a cb500

Without proper tools and knowledge the best way is to take it to a motorcycle shop that does this work on a regular bases. Changing coolant on a motorcycle is only one thing that needs to be done, if you just drain the stuff out and pour in new then all you have done is spent money for nothing. The system should be flushed of contaminants and mineral build up which generally takes a power flushing type machine that not only removes the old but replaces it with new coolant. Draining and refilling is just asking for problems with air locks and causing hot spots and engine damage. Also the coolant used in a motorcycle is not the same "stuff' as an automotive grade, in fact if you use an automotive grade which one would you choose? To top this off if you use an automotive grade coolant it will eat away at the seals and gaskets within the cooling system and cause the water pump to fail and or start leaking fluid, overheat and engine damage. Not trying to be sarcastic but if you have to ask how to do it then you should take it to someone that knows how to do it and save the damage to your motorcycle.

Where is the coolant tank to replace antifreeze in the 2005 chevy malibu? what identifying code or numbers is on the cap?

The coolant reservoir is on the passenger side of the vehicle. It will look similar to this.

If the coolant is original you will need to top off with "DEXCOOL" coolant. It is an extended life coolant and should not be mixed with regular green coolant.

If the coolant has been serviced most of the time they will flush out the dexcool and fill it with normal coolant. If the coolant looks green than this is probably true and you can add regular green coolant.

If your not sure what is in it there is a product approved for "all makes/all models".

What kind of special coolant is needed for a 2002

Its an extended life coolant. Adding regular coolant to the extended life coolant will ruin the extended life characteristics of the extended life coolant. Any good parts store will have coolant compatible with your vehicle.

When your cooling system is ready to be serviced (flushed) most shops will convert it to regular green coolant. Although the green coolant will not last as long as the extended life coolant it is much cheaper even with the more frequent service intervals.

Coolant type

That bike came from the factory with regular green antifreeze/coolant mixed 50/50 with distilled water. You can get it pretty much anywhere that sells automotive products.

The only way it should be anything other than that would be if someone has changed it over, which is rare.
