It should read above 13.4 Volt Amp. Normally a charging system will input from regulator about 13-14 V Amp no less to charge/top up the battery then cut-out switch will maintain the charge until next usage.

Good advice?

Battery changing

I installed Battery Tender and ran plug to convenient location on side of bike. I keep bike plugged in whenever I'm not riding. If you just need to charge it, remove cover and connect directly to terminals. I'd recommend trickle charge overnight rather than rapid charge.

How do you rebuild the rear master cylinder on a 2003 Suzuki 1500 intruder

1. Remove it.
2. Disassemble it. You will need snap ring pliers.
3. Reassemble it with new rubber seals.
4. Reinstall it and bleed the brake system.
(Check price on replacement, as it may be comparable to the price of just the parts.)

When i fill my tank on my 2003 suzuki it reads fill 5 bars then after a couple of seconds it goes down to 4 bars could it be the fuel sensor

That sensor uses resistance, clean the wire connections at the tank, that could help. being wrong a little at the top not such a big deal.being wrong any at the end of the tank not acceptable. If you fill it up on the side stand then read while driving or sitting on the Intruder it may sence the difference as well.
