you might need to calibrate your machine to make the results more accurate. You can call manufacturer and mention the 0.0625 difference that you're experiencing and see if that fits within what they expect for that machine. Thank you.

You shouldn't have to tell him anything unless you have a problem with something.If it's just routine maintenance he should know what to do.if there's anything your not happy about with your bike tell him so he can check it out.

if you think the hard disk is okay, then the culprit is your memory... trust me on this... I have experienced it a lot of times in our repair shop. When installation is done then return back the memory.
