The rear is easy, it can be lifted with blocks placed between the rear axle and the spring. Without the proper wedge shaped spacer the driveshaft angle will be incorrect if you use a block bigger than 2 inches. There is no way I know to lift the front, and keep the suspension geometry proper for tire wear, and driveability. Short answer: get a lift kit designed for your truck, you will avoid alot of headache later.
