Definatley got the leads on the wrong way as mentioned earlier.
always mark the leads before removing, most newer cars you may be able to guess by the length of the lead, just go the shortest to the closest spark plug,, but will not always work a 6 cyl normally is 1-5-3-6-2-4 one being the closest to the front of the engine

If your car was starting up before you replaced the spark plug leads, my suggestion (as long as you put simlar plugs back in) is that the leads are around the wrong way........with the engine, if you have a 4 cyl, it does not fire 1-2-3-4, there is a particular firing order, eg 1-3-4-2, for a 4 cyl.

you did not state what vehicle you had, so i cannot tell you what the firing order is, and hence the correct position for the leads

this would be my first guess

Car won't start.No spark.

You'll need a repair book or shop manual to check the circuits going to the coils. Could be a relay, crank or cam sensor, or wiring problem.

85 Chevy nova, just replaced the radiator... Started yesterday won't start now

Won't crank or will crank but won't start? Two completely different issues. Check any wiring anywhere even close to where you were working. Chances are there is either a loose connection at the starter or a disconnected/loose plug-in connection somewhere close to the area of recent work. If it won't crank at all then start at the battery and check the major connections for tightness and cleanliness. If the car worked properly yesterday and not today after the work then you should not have to look too far to find the bad connection.

1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee Sport it just won't start. It cranks, that's it. It was running fine yesterday.

If it was running yesterday and only cranks this morning you need to determine which you are missing - spark or fuel. The spark is easy - pull a plug and let it spark to the frame. while cranking. If you have spark then you have to start checking the fuel system.

My car was running fine yesterday and this morning it didn't start. got a new battery, replaced the oil and checked the fuses. everything is fine but car still won't start. suggestions, please

Check for spark and fuel. When you turn the key on you should hear the fuel pump in the tank for a few seconds till the pressure builds up. When you crank the engine there should be spark at the plugs.
