Question about 1992 Suzuki GSX 600 F (Katana)
The rev counter is electronic on this model so if its not working id check all connections to the clocks for signs of corrosion usually go gungy green if the damps got in spray wd40 into snap connector then pressing the tag down disconnect it a few times to clean the contacts put it back together it will hopefully now work (this will work for most bike electrical problems) also check fuses r/hand panel near seat failing that the cheapest option is that auction site to replace the rev counter with cheap second hand unit.
