The CRF 150F engine takes SAE 10W40 motorcycle oil. Specifically, the company recommends using its own Pro Honda GN4 or HP4 four-stroke oil or an equivalent.
Look for an oil that conforms to the MA class JASO T 903 standard. The JASO T 903 standard is an index to help you choose a quality oil. It's easy to spot by the prominent "MA" on the label.
Do not use non-detergent, vegetable, or castor-based racing oils. Do not use oils that are labeled "energy conserving" with the API rating.
Synthetic oils are acceptable.
The 2003 model of the 150F takes 1.1 quarts of oil if you are changing oil. If you are breaking down the bike, you'll need 1.3 quarts.
Change the oil if your bike has been in storage for four months or longer. You should also change oil after every 10 to 15 hours of running time if you live in the desert like me. You can stretch the time if you live in a nice climate and dont ride hard.
To keep the drive chain lubricated, use Pro Honda Chain Lube or an equivalent, make sure any lube you use is oring safe. I like the chain wax as it does not attract dirt and fling lube all over the place.
Use Pro Honda Foam Filter Oil or an equivalent for the air cleaner. No-Toil, Uni and so on make awesome foam filter oil....Clean it every 5 hours or less of riding time depending how dusty your place to ride is.....

Front brakes are rubbing on crf 150f how do you fix that?

if they are rubbing very lightly this is nornal for a disc brake, if they are dragging, then you may have a problem in the caliper.
Just make sure they are tightly fastened to the forkand there is no debris in the caliper.

No filter, it has a screen helt in place with a spring about the drain plug. It just catches metal fragments, but not really hard to change it out.
