I just purchased a honda cb250 1975 the motor cranks but there is no spark
If there is no spark your points are probably dirty or just grounded out. Try a new points and condenser set. Install the points carefully so the new set does not ground. I assume you already tried new spark plugs and spark plug caps.

I would start with new plugs as they are the cheapest part that could be gone. buy iridium plugs if you can afford it as they ignite the fuel much better. hope this helps
