Question about 1972 Yamaha DT 360
20w40 motorcycle engine oil, the same as a four stroke motorcycle would use,
Not car engine oil as this can cause the clutch to slip.

Correct info: Any quality 10-w30 will work fine. In 1972 Yamalube oil was actually Citgo oil.
NO synthetic or synthetic blends!!
20-w40 is TOO heavy... it MIGHT cause clutch slippage??.... 10-w30 WILL NOT!
